Impressive little wonder from Fuji
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed a body to complement my X100 in the wide end and occasionally shoot with some longer lens, too. This camera fits the bill beautifully. The controls and and layout are similar, whole user interface is logical and pretty straightforward at least compared to some other modern digital bodies. So far been using XF 14mm and a Zuiko 24mm with this. The image quality with both is brilliant. Manual focusing with latter is well aided by the focus peak feature which you learn pretty quickly and works in most situations. It slows you down though, which isn't necessarily bad at all. Just some missed shots that you would have gotten with the X100. I shoot RAW but appreciate the high quality JPEGs - they actually save you quite a bit of time in the post. Low light capability of these Fuji's is stunning - Leica that I used to shoot is just a shadow of what this is capable of capturing. I'm still in the testing phase of this camera. So far EVF has been a pleasure except in some very bright situations. The eye cup is pretty small, which is good when you use glasses like I do, but lets some stray light in. Overall impressively capable, light and natural to use camera.
