    Electronic Adapter Ring EF-MFT F Canon EOS EF-S Lens to Micro 4/3 M4/3 E-M10 GH4

Great quality product for hobbyist without breaking your bank
I used it for Olympus em10 with Canon EFS 10-22mm 3.5-5.6 lens. It works great, aperture can be adjusted electronically and metering works well in all mode, image quality is maintained well. One drawback is autofocus speed and accuracy, it sometimes hunts quite a bit and did not even focus successfully, especially in low light which autofocus is just unusable. Having said that, I didn't expect a adapter for $100 to be able to autofocus at all so this product is quite amazing in all fairness. One more thing, when I first attached the lens to the camera, the widest aperture is stuck at 4.6 and won't go down to 3.5. Only after I restarted the camera it can go up to 3.5 but when I zoom to 22mm, the aperture is then read 4.6 instead of 5.6. It does not really bother me as a hobbyist, the final images are still somewhat sharp and I tend to stop down to f8 for UWA lens anyways except low light. Pros: - aperture can be adjusted electronically - metering works with all mode - great quality, metal all around - fit well into m43 body Cons: - slow autofocus speed - aperture setting seems inaccurate - lens to adapter fit a bit loose but secured nonetheless
Olympus WCON-P01 Wide Converter Lens for M.Zuiko Digital 14-42 mm f/3.5-5.6 II R

    Wonderful little accessory
With lack of affordable UWA lens for m43 system, this little thing works wonder for those who doesn't want to pay the premium for a proper UWA lens. It only works on the 14-42 mm kit lens with a bayonet mount that turn and click into place, DOES NOT work with 14-42mm EZ lens. It maintained image quality quite well as the 14-42mm IIR is already a superb kit lens (at least for hobbyist like myself). The extra 3mm (6mm equivalent of 35mm) does make a difference for landscape shots. I also have an adapter ring to use Canon 10-22mm on Olympus em10 body, Canon lens does give a better image quality if you use a tripod as IBIS does not cope very well with Canon lens even with the right IBIS focal length setting, plus the Canon lens cannot autofocus very well with the cheap adapter I had. For handheld shots, this converter is better than Canon just because it autofocus just as fast as a m43 native lens and works with IBIS as long as you choose "Wide Converter" under SCN Mode. Another reason to use this instead of Canon is because of the tripod mount and weight. If your camera has a tripod mount hole towards the front, chances are the EFS adapter might interfere with the quick release plate. And the Canon lens is just so heavy that you have to use the tripod mount on the adapter instead which creates one more step to unscrew the quick release plate from the camera body if you want to change lens on the tripod.
