In his listing nothing was mention about the Box/Lid. I contacted the seller and he said it is out of my hands it was Authenticated. If I wanted another box lid he could sell me one. I told him yes and I didn't hear back from him. There was another seller that had a brand new pair and stated that the box on his was damaged but they were $75.00 less.

I can't believe I've lived in my apt for 6 years without this Delta shower-head!
I'd used a showerhead with a filter all this time, but never again. I had to let the reigns (rains) go and shower like a king.
It's like night and day. So much more amplified water pressure; I'm pleased, I'm clean.
