The odd song was good but most were fair to awful.

Not really a critic
I purchased the book for two reasons, I have retired and enjoy cooking as a pastime and also we are going on a trip through the middle east and Asia. I wanted to get an insight into the food of the area and experiment with some dishes at home. To this end the book is excellent, it is broad based and covers I presume, the basic traditional foods of the various regions. I am happy with my purchase.
