Easy Read with Great Results!!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great book, informative to help you understand why you need to follow the process, but not bogged down in scientific jargon that makes for boring and confusing reading. The recipes are great, you don't have to buy in a heap of different pantry items and they are really filling. I have not felt hungry once. I am doing the Fast 800 Diet at the moment and I am really enjoying it, if you can 'enjoy' a diet that is. Highly recommend.

Cute themes...
Nice little book, good pictures only real fault, is that it could have been printed on much better quality paper. Not really good enough for serious 'adult' colourers...

Nice book, great pictures and good that the pages are printed single sided. Would be improved by being printed on better quality paper.
