Ink cartridges not new or original
0 of 1 found this helpful Two of the four I ordered worked. Not in original packaging. Just looked like someone put tape over nozzles. Contacted them and they sent me procedure for cleaning. The other two still didn’t work the printer didn’t recognize them as genuine Hp ink. They would also not align.

4 of 4 found this helpful Every thing is great except the IR light is only good for only about 80 yards. Spent a couple hundred more on a better light and can see at night for several hundred yards very well.
