    Tubes arrived in a generic cardboard sleeve with no box. This has never happened before in all the times I’ve purchased this for my cat. I emailed the seller to ask why and where the box was as there was no mention of it not being in the box in the listing - no reply. There is something wrong when that happens and they can’t even offer an explanation or have the decency to reply. Will probably buy elsewhere now as this needs to be sent in its box to clearly show you get what you paid for!
