Terrible Junk
This is my review of the quality and value for money for this product.
I was expecting something that was cheap.
Instead, I got something very very expensive.
I didn't expect them to be of such poor quality, that 1 minute after trying them out, I threw them into the bin.
These things give 'rubbish' a bad name.
IMHO a new low in 'cheap' imports - not fit for purpose.
Top jaw not flat, but V shaped, so that when you tightened it, the cover was pushed off by the angle of the ridge.
Bottom circular jaw only gripped via its' circular perimeter and was sharp enough to cut thru the plastic cover.
So without the covers being operational, the 'V' ridge on the top jaw and the bottom jaws circular perimeter taking all the weight, the 2 jaws actually bruise and cut into the wood you are trying to clamp down.

Let the buyer be very aware

If you are thinking of buying it, make sure you try one out for yourself before you commit to buy.
Follow the instructions on the leaflet they enclose and see for yourself if you can operate it in the way they describe.
See if you can put the flaring cone in first and then see if you have to fiddle and fidget with the dies & tubing to get it past the point of the cone. Try this for yourself and decide if that's the way you want to have to work.
Decide for yourself if it also gives you the result you want. If you're happy then knock yourself out - buy it!
Bottom line is don't rely on the almost ' too good to be true ' glowing reports that you may see about this product
and remember if something seems too good to be true, then often it is.
