Best natural solution to gout.
Having suffered from gout for many years and trying not to live on pain killers or to take the usual medical remedies, most of which have terrible side effects, I have found that this specific product to be the best
natural remedy for the problem. Even when the pain is particularly bad and it is difficult to believe that just drinking this will help, it always does. Usually within a day or so there is a noticeable improvement, and after that the problem is soon forgotten. I usually take Ibuprofen as well if the pain is particularly bad but
they do not get rid of the underlying problem. The cherry juice does. As the juice is relatively sweet and is in a syrup form it is easy to stir it into a yogurt or mix it with another drink. I often use a cherry juice drink
from Sainsbury's as a base drink. However do not use if any gas is present in the bottle on opening as this suggests that fermentation is occurring. I had this problem recently when buying from a well known health store chain. Clearly it had not been kept in proper conditions.

Totally absorbing.
1 of 1 found this helpful Don't want to give too much away for those who haven't seen it. This is the most engaging thriller imaginable which involves you totally with empathy for the characters, sometimes chilling, sometimes tragic. Totally recommended.

Difficult and confusing model.
1 of 1 found this helpful Whilst this is a rare aircraft type, it is produced from an old mould from 1954. Various later parts were added in the 80's. I would not recommend it for anyone who isn't very experienced in modelling. The scale is marked as 1/81 but it seems to be closer to 1/85 (similar to HO scale). Unless you are fond of a challenge I would avoid it. You must decide early on which version is to be made. Windows are a little small for the openings. The tail fin was twisted off centre. I had to almost detach it before bending it to a vertical position and re-gluing. The various engine parts and struts are very confusing. The engines themselves do not fit into the cowlings without hours of shaping and reducing. The fuselage must be painted and fitted with the appropriate transfers before adding wings as this will prove near impossible afterwards. This is as far as I've got so the rest is still to come. The pilots would only be 4ft tall in this scale. On the earlier type the exhaust rings would have been installed between the cowling and the nacelle, but these are not in the kit. The aircraft has a large wingspan of almost a foot. Having said all of the above, the picture shows that persistence is rewarded.
