eBay had to issue the refund. Item was never sent. The tracking number never reflected a scan into the system. Multiple excuses were given, like "it was sent by common mail, so there is no more information" and "the post office returned it because it was damaged, so it has been re-sent" and they always ask to wait another 5-7 days. Item was supposed to be sent from Victoria, Australia, but I doubt that is true. The responses in German about being out of office, led me to believe this was a scam
