A great story of American politics, but...
Wonderful story, and really well-written (won a Pulitzer award). But the same story could have been told more compellingly in 300 pages or so instead of almost 600.

Outstanding history of the 20 Century
This book gives so much excellent information on the disastrous events of Europe in the 20th Century that should be a caution to our current world political situation.

The best in the Pink Panther series
1 of 1 found this helpful As a huge fan of the Pink Panther series, I believe I’ve seen them all. Each of them has many moments of Peter Sellars at his hilarious best, but for me the Return of the Pink Panther is the best overall. A lifetime of quotes to keep in your pocket to pull out at the right moment. Don’t miss it.
