Cooking is fun Heston's way and you can learn a lot from the experience.
I bought this book as a gift for a friend that loves entertaining.
My daughter also loves cooking and bought one for herself using a gift coupon she received.
After having browsed through the pages and having seen Heston on TV, I couldn't resist going to ebay and finding one for myself.
I like the way Heston analyses everything he makes from scratch and yet his recipes and pictures are easy to follow and beautifully illustrated. I think this book makes a great gift. I haven't found anything to dislike.
There are many cookbooks around from many brilliant chefs but if you are looking for a book you can use and be the topic of conversation at your dinner party - this is it.
