Is any one Fully Human.
Some of this book is very interesting but is written by someone in a happy stable relationship. Although much makes sense it does not cover enough of people that may have genuine long-term issues that are not easily fixed. A lot of people just don't fit in the box. Many people seek some kind of answers in books from therapists or directly through therapists but most assume there is a network of people to help which is not always the case. Still an interesting read.
