The item you received is not the item pictured on the box. This thing is in no way shape or form the same quality in its “updated version“
I definitely do not recommend this item in its current form. This item has been changed at some point along the way and definitely does not compare to the product that it used to be.
The previous back pad pad had four channels that stayed chilled (yet very pliable) for a very long time and were excellent following several spine surgeries. This newest one is definitely 1/10th of what the old version was.
