good read
The history of the last weeks before the detonation of the first atomic bomb was awesome. Told through the eyes of govt officials, bomber crewmen,and Japanese victims, Countdown 1945 is a great read for history buffs and the curious alike.

Great trimmer but instructions were limited help
The Panasonic ER-GB80-S is a great trimmer. One difficulty was trying to match the illustration with the pictures about where to oil the device. It took me awhile and I hope I got it right. Also, there is some trial and error in deciding what attachment to use for particular trimming tasks. But it works great and requires less recharging than I expected....

Keeping an eye on the stars
Having had a career at NASA, promoting space and science for my grandchildren is must for us. My 5 year old grand daughter has turned to a Barbie fan but I wanted her to keep one eye on the stars. SO it was a good birthday choice for her and us....
