    Installed part seller assured me it worked with no refunds! Installed it and the motor did not work. Got an OEM motor installed it and it worked I’m out of time and money! And I Verbatim asked seller if it has been tested which he stated yes! I should definitely receive a partial refund if anything

    I am very disappointed by this. You did not even try to contact me first! I had always stated in the listing that I had not tested the motor. What I could confirm was that the motor turned when power was applied, and I provided a video showing that. I really do not know if turning is all that is needed, but evidently that was enough for you to order the motor. When you received it does it not turn? If so it must have got damaged in transit, you can file a claim with USPS.
