They posted my product with 1st class tracking and packaged it with great effort - fragile written all over. The product itself works perfectly, essentials included (box ect) i did have to contact the seller to get a unlock passcode to the device but they replied quickly to help me and apologied. I bought this used Cordoba C5 CE CED. It arrived early, in generally a good condition as advertised, sound quality is amazing and guitar plays well. There was a minor damage to the tuning machine I’m assuming it could’ve happened during the shipping process. Nonetheless, the seller was quick in their response and promptly refunded me the amount of money needed to fix that damage. I’m generally happy with my purchase and I would definitely deal with this seller again.
