Great book, a must have for people who are proactive with their health!
Absolutely the best health book I have read so far! I have done 5 weeks of the diet as preparation to surgery and lost 6kg as a side effect. The book brings to light the importance of the liver as part of so many systems in the body and the necessity to care for your liver.
