Very handy for securing objects in truck bed, etc.
Good for smaller, less heavy objects. Quick and easy to secure. Have used similar rope ratchets for years and just needed some more as I have found them to be very useful.

Allows me to leave toaster and/or coffee maker plugged in but definitely “off”because of lighted switch!! Love’em!!
