Did not work with my RingCentral Polycom VVX500 and Jabro Motion Office.
This did not work with my RingCentral Polycom VVX500. I got the USB version of the adapter and it was much better. I think that both adapters are really not necessary and it is just better to hook up the Polycom phone directly with USB. The Jabra Motion Office will instead look at the phone set as a computer but it works a lot better that way as the headset buttton on the phone works much better.

Longer than original R710 cables.

But the new version because you can change the battery.
This product is outdated. The new version allows for end-user battery change. It is well made but I would buy the new version of this product.
