  Seller never shipped item. After waiting 13 days, I opened a dispute and the seller immediately responded informing me that they’d ship it. I waited 8 days and did not receive the item or tracking info. Reached out to eBay again and since they didn’t hear from seller either, they refunded me. This would have been a gift for my son’s birthday and it came and went. Overall waited 21 days for at least tracking info
