Worth the money all day long.
Biggest advantage is it will hold the temperature perfectly until you are ready to serve the side dishes hot, so you can time your meals with precision. Lots of easy recipes for the Sous Vide online. It’s pretty much fool proof. Shop online for better prices, but definitely get one to add to your kitchen!
