Grill Mat
Item works as described. Cleans easily with a damp sponge or paper towel. Great for grilling veggies, i.e., mushrooms, green peppers, onions. Prevents flareups, but if you want to eliminate the "frying" effect of burgers, steaks, all meats, grill without the mats so the natural juices drip down and away from the meats into the briquettes without the meats "frying" in their own juices.
