Difficult to Use
As others reviewers noted the attachment clasp isn't strong enough, the attachment sleeve is not stiff enough. This makes it difficult to hold, operate, and keep the attachment sleeve on.. I twice attempted to clear a gutter of small dry leaves, I failed, as when I checked my work on a later day the ends of the gutter was packed with leaves. It is difficult to clean, what you can't see.

Close to New Life
Being an older notebook from 2013 I was thrilled to spent so few dollars on a replacement battery on a device I no longer use regularly. My original battery yielded only 40 minutes, this used battery was 2 hours, and 40 minutes under similar conditions.

Large deep shadow. Locked to Verizon
9 of 13 found this helpful The shadow is not small. Highly visible (distracting) with light (white background). Can still be seen watching videos. Device is not unlocked. Unless you have Verizon service, it is difficult to get unlocked
