Lightweight, comfortable.
It is lightweight, comfortable wearing, but after one use, it's a hole appeared on the front! So not durable at all. I suppose you get what you paid for...

It is a very different be happy book...you'll see, jus
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm generally a positive thinker, but is hard to keep it up, when you experiencing hard times. My friend recommend to read this book. Well here we go another book, I read many, but is hard to put it in practice...well this one is different! How I was reading I was thinking, Russ is really can read my mind, so I'm probably not alone in a world, to try and try to be happy all the time. And you know what, you don't have to, is ok be feel s***tie time to time! Yeayyy, but how to respond to the feeling is the key! So go ahead read this book, it is worth it!
