Defective right out of the box

Installed the pump into a food truck. Pump motor will not stop running when water is shut off at faucet. Seems like it always has air in the system when you open faucets again. None of the other 3 pumps of this model I have exhibit the same behavior. Maybe I just got the bad one that day.
