  Item said best offer, I offered him $6 he countered with $9 with free shipping. I accepted and paid. He then canceled the order lowered the price to $9 & added $4.50 for shipping, said he reposted the item for sale for me to buy. I understand he would only be making like $5 for the card after paying for shipping himself but this is wrong. You should honor your counter offer. The actual card is valued at around $7. As a seller too I have lost and gained on sales but have always honored my word.
