Dvd was damaged but I was refunded promptly

I received the dvd promptly. Unfortunately when I opened the case, I noticed right away that the dvd was severely scratched. When I played it, almost immediately it began skipping. I contacted the seller and was refunded my payment within a day with no hassle.
