Great for weight loss and maintenance
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used Alli--Orlistat- the generic half dose of Megestrol for years. It has kept my cholesterol and lipids well controlled as well as maintaining my weight and sometimes when necessary helped weight loss..There are no serious side effects but you will have interesting bathroom experiences if you overindulge in fats!🤣

Alli is part of my health regimen

It helps keep my cholesterol and lipids in check and also maintain my weight and it has the added effect of helping elimination.E bay is my only place to find it lately. I am on Social Security and cannot afford big inflated prices so count on the E bay vendors.
