Disappointed with the quality of sound
The Yinama Steel Tongue drum that I bought does not have the depth of sound that I have heard in other tongue drums. Very tinny and cheap sound. The upper tones are a little better sounding that the lower tones. Was hoping to use this drum for meditation and sound healing, but I just don't feel that it has the overtones that it should. I am a professional musician with a degree in music and have a thorough knowledge of music and quality sound. The drum itself is a beautiful looking instrument, but does not have the quality of sound that I am looking for. Would be good for kids that want to play songs on it.

False advertising
I ordered TWO 2-packs of cartridges for $29.99 each, but only received two single cartridges in the mail. Either it was a packing mistake or false advertising. I was expecting four cartridges for $59.98 plus tax, so not too happy about this.
