  Listing twice described this item as brand new, unused, unopened; however, upon receipt it was discovered that the box as well as the parts bags had obviously been opened and contents jumbled, as well as including parts that do not belong to this item. Unclear at this time if there are sufficient parts to complete install. Seller states that they never opened the box but it is obvious that someone had unboxed the item at one time and removed parts from the original packaging, then repackaged.
