The coffee maker was so poorly packed that it was in pieces by the time it arrived.The seller obviously didn't care enough to pack it properly.Then the seller questioned my motives for wanting to return it and acted like he was doing me a favor by accepting the return.Avoid this seller!

The only reason I am using neutral is because I actually received the item. It was a miracle it arrived intact or at all. Seller decided to use wrapping paper to mail instead of an envelope. I also specified that I would have payed more for faster shipping but unfortunately still got the slowest way possible. So communication is less than ideal with this seller. Very unprofessional.
