Fantastic guitar for the price. Awesome 80s throwback!
1 of 1 found this helpful Love the new Ibanez Genesis RG550s. I own 2 of them. Great price for a Japanese made Ibanez. Play, look, and sound great. I have always been a fan of the original Ibanez Edge trem since I purchased my first Ibanez, an RG760 in 89. Put a stabilizer in and the floating bridge is rock solid. Pickups are good IMO. Only 2 downside’s. Number 1 is no case, but that is to be expected for the price. Downside number 2 on these guitars is the throwback neck cutaway makes them more susceptible to neck pocket finish cracks.
