Best sticks ever made

I've been running Francis antennas for years. There is NO comparison to wire wound junk called trucker's antennas. You don't have to tune these sticks like the others. They don't De-tune themselves like the trucker antennas. Plus they look a lot nicer on your vehicle with less wind resistance. My only complaint is that Francis don't make the 7 foot antennas any more. I always tell people to buy these sticks and have never heard any complaints yet. Compared to it's competition.

Simple and ease of operation

I'm a firm believer in K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid) and this is that radio. I own 3 Realistic DX-300 and 2 Realistic DX-120. The radio of choice has always been the DX-120 due to it's sensitivity and ease of operation. I only turn on the DX-300's when I have friends over just to impress them. This radio doesn't need much of an antenna like most radio's require, so it makes it worthy for an apartment dweller or an H.O.A. prisoner. Yes, I'm planing on buying another DX-120 in the future.
