Good range of height movement
Does what I wanted it to, which is to be able to have enough range of motion to support both seated and standing monitor work. Initially I thought I could use it as a standing workstation but the keyboard/mouse tray didn't really suit my setup so I ended up taking it off altogether. The rest of the monitor arm is working well for my needs so I'm happy with that.

Ok as wired headphones, unuseable via bluetooth
Audio itself is fine, no issues when using as a wired headphone but the bluetooth function was faulty and not useable, with the volume always going to maximum and the headset constantly chiming to indicate max volume level has been reached (as if the volume up function is being constantly activated). Also very difficult to power off as holding down the relevant button will only work less than half the time.
