The illustrations are simple yet vibrant...
"If Peace is..." is a beautifully simple poem for students in grades 1-4 can use to reinforce the concept of peace. The illustrations are simple yet vibrant. This helps to show off the poem. Students love adding on to the poem in an extension activity.

Kerry Greenwood is a great author and this novel shows it...
Miss Fisher is a force to be respected. Author Kerry Greenwood really weaves a complex tale of three unseemly events for her woman detective to solve in Castlemaine, Australia. I really like the characters that were not explored in the television series: Jane and Lily, adopted daughters; her very alive sister "Beth"; Mrs. Butler, living wife of Mr. Butler; Chinese lover is in a new light.
It is clear the author has researched Castlemaine and the year of 1928. The setting comes alive and is clearly a background character. I like listening to audio books to get other things done. However, I found myself listening and doing little to nothing just being engaged in the adventures of Phryne. The author makes us wait to for Phryne and her lover come together to the end. But it is worth the wait. This is a lovely novel that is worth the read or listen.

Roomy and vibrant bag...
This is a very roomy tote bag. It can be used for an overnight travel with enough room to fit a pair of shoes too, grocery shopping , and of course a work bag. I especially use it as a work bag. I have place two manuals and had enough space for my lunch bag.
The colors are vibrant and the butterfly motif is "loud and proud." Many friends and colleagues have asked where I purchased this bag from. I have proudly told them.
