Painted Ponies
Great book. Wonderful pictures, excellent history and information about carousel horses. If your interested in buying, collecting, carving or the history of carousel horses then this is the book for you. A wealth of information in this book. I consider it the bible to carousel horses. One of the best books I have bought in a long time. Highly recommend.

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman-Season 3
Great series. Enjoyable, clean, honest viewing for the entire family. No cussing, bleeped out words, hard core violence or nudity. The kids really like the "Old West setting." As a parent of young ones I like the message and morals this series tries to give it viewers. So much better than reality TV or murder, rape, kill TV shows that run 24-7. I highly recommend all seasons of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. We watch ours over and over. The kids never get tired of these shows. Order yours today.

New Approach to Discipline by Rudolf Dreikurs (1989)
Good guide to discipline for younger children. It is logical, simple to follow and gives lots of examples. I wish it had more suggestions for children 12-18 which is what I was looking for. Wish I would have found this book 8 or 9 years ago.
