  Shipped promptly, however there was no padding between the lid & contents of the box which were subsequently marked by cutting the tape to open it. One of the DVD's was described as like new, however the top corner of the case was shattered. Unclear if it broke in transit or was already like that as photos did not cover that area. Recommend using photos that show the entire physical item & using a bit of padding when packing to ship.
