Tudor historical novel by numbers
I've been a Phillipa fan for many years. I am sorry to say that this latest book is very lack lustre. Formulaic story lines that are now all to familiar to anyone that has read any of her other tudor books or indeed the plantagenet series.
Characterisation and story pace in this one is lacking in my view and the ending is poor. I am not sure what she is trying to achieve but i found this to be well below her usual par. I am left wondering which tudor lady she will land on next. Maybe a book solely about Mary??
Well whatever comes next I'm not sure I'd buy it if this one is anything to go by. Sorry Phillipa...

Sturdy, keen price quality product
1 of 1 found this helpful This was second purchase having bought a pair at national trust outlet for more than double the price! Use of that set found lense quality to be good, product is robust and quality is good. Pouch for carrying on belt is also good quality.
This price is so competitive for a great product that is portable but sturdy. Would recommend!

Cool character
Good to see a mainstream toy line trying to promote equality in terms of disability here. Although my daughter points out he isn't disabled just different which is a fab attitude to be developing.
My daughter loves playing with this. Good quality
