Garrett Ace 300i

Purchased this detector last month and found a few nice finds with it so far. I found a Edward 111 silver Spink penny minted in 1351 - 1352 :) Once you get the settings right its easy to use, I also found a musket ball and old buttons etc.. The pin pointer is a great asset, and once you get the use to using it, it does save you a lot of digging.. I am totally happy with it, great entry level detector.. Just remember to play with the settings, when near power cables and other detectors.. I found a piece of lead 3 mm in size, 9 inches under.. Just remember that you can't dig up gold everytime, so you do get rubbish also but its fun anyway.. Better when you get a Hammered coin, makes it great..

Works fine easy to use

I have used this detecting today and found it does the job , found a few bits with it with no problems ..I went on an organised dig.. It does have Vibrate only but I found that no problem . It found the object I was looking for everytime. Top marks, well done!!
