Staub Wok Turner

A beautiful and functional wok tool

This black silicone and wood wok turner, like others in the Staub line, is a handsome kitchen tool. It's comfortable to hold, the turner is rigid (does not flex when lifting a pile of food) and does not scratch the surface of nonstick cookware. One potential drawback is its relatively short length. If you are using it with a wok that's 12"-13" or less in diameter, it's fine, but if using it with a much larger wok, its length is suboptimal.
