No good for outside use
The water proof cover allows moisture in so it corrodes and breaks quickly.

Fixed an ongoing problem in minutes
My taps kept leaking. I replaced the washers and taps but they kept leaking. I tried grinding/cleaning the Seat but the taps kept leaking.
I tried this and the problem was fixed in 10 minutes. Yayy
Tip: Once the seat is aligned, I used the tap to "press/push" the Seat into place by replacing the tap and closing (turning) the tap. Super easy. This pushes the Seat in (and levels it to the tap).

Decent waterproofing, nice array of fitting sizes and does exactly what is says.
