Solid product at a great price
Install went smoothly. The wifi signal is strong even when I had to install the switch inside a metal box. Some extra steps to get scheduling done right, so I ended up using IFTTT too.

Simple way to fully customize your system without adding another bulky remote.
The item looks brand new and unused. The box is sealed and includes adapters for both the older Fire remote and the newer Voice Remote, including the Max. The Sideclick just snaps on and is held snugly in place. Batteries are included too. Programming is surprisingly easy and can be made to copy the signal from almost anything - I even added a button to turn on/off a little heater.

Heater good, tripod ok
The heater is good, especially for the size (about 24" wide). Replacement "bulbs" are readily available. The tripod is ok - the hardware to connect the tripod to the heater was missing on mine but it doesn't look like that hardware is all that substantial. I'm much happier making my own connection with pipe fittings.
