Great tools for healthy relationship maintenance - just for teenagers
This is a great book for anyone, outlining the five love languages, but aimed at teenagers. It is Christian-based, so if that's not for you, the approach to respecting and loving those in your "tribe" has great tools for all relationships in your life, as well as the one with yourself.

Not for everyone, but it's worth a try! My cholesterol dropped from 220 to 160!
Great plan for testing whether you could feel, look, and function better by paring back to high quality proteins, healthy fats, and lots of produce. You know never know until you try.
