Good Replacement
Good replacement for the previous Warm Tiles Programable thermostat that I installed in 2011 and had stopped working at all no juice. It was pretty much a direct wire replacement. Same box size, etc. It was already programed so I just turned it on and set the time. Worked great. I'm back to having my feet warm again in the morning.

Good Product
It worked as advertised. Had trouble getting the lid off the sealer can. It was like glued shut. Had to destroy the can top. However the product was still good inside. Glad I had a small job or I would have lost the product. The rust Blast and Kleener worked very well

Seemed OK
Seemed to work well. Won't know for several years if it really works. The tip of the special long tube was to big to fit in the drain hole. Had to cut it off.
