Doesn't grab enough lash
Nice looking and well made curler but it doesn't grab nearly as much lash when curling as other brands, so lashes remain short-looking and appear almost as if they hadn't been curled at all. Too bad, as I was prepared to love this and make it my new favorite curler.

Try 'em, you'll like 'em!
Best pot holders I've ever had in my long life, and I've tried many. When holding or draining a very hot casserole-type dish for a couple of minutes I can sense only warmth -- not the usual burning heat that often forces me to lay the dish down before I'm done with the task at hand. So glad I tried these! Haven't dealt with cleaning issues yet so can't speak to that aspect, but right now I can say with no hesitation I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Long time love & long time small complaint
Have used this product for years and love the way it goes on, especially on my lower lids. Hope it'll always be available. Am giving four stars only because I wish L'Oreal would make the cap a little stronger so it doesn't crack and split when I inadvertently push it back on the pencil a little too hard after use. Once the cap is split it tends to push all the way down and smash or break off the point, leading to the premature end of the eyeliner's usefulness.
