A good budget knife
the Shrade Stonewash linerlock is a nice solid and well made knife, well centred and not too hard to open plus it feels good in the hand, nice sharp edge staight out of the (cheap packaging) box and I like the pocket clip as it is a bit more pliable and easy to slide in and out of the pockets edges (not like some of my other knives) so all in all I think it is a good budget knife for an every day carry (EDC) knife.

Not a serious knife .....
though it is a reasonably nice looking knife it felt more like a toy and after flipping it open a few times, getting a feel for it, it has a decidedly tinnie sound when hitting the stop after flipping it open so not good quality "sounding" steel either ...... there are much better options available out there even in the budget Mtech line-up of knives, but you get what you pay for or in this case "less"
