not much brighter than 10 watt bulbs i replaced
used to replace 10 watt bulbs not much brighter than ones i replaced suppose to be 22 watts

created noise
replaced yhe origanal oem filter with 275k miles on it for maintance new mopar filter now makes whinning noise not the fuel pump didnt have noise befor installing new filter
