Great product
1 of 1 found this helpful An excellent product at a competitive price here (compared with full domestic RRP).
Low-light camera performance is great, as is the processor as expected from a flagship device.
Not the smallest form factor, nor the thinnest glass slab , but the screen:body ratio makes up for it. It feels a bit slippery in the hand so maybe get a case/skin.
Very pleased with it.

Solid card
Good card, performs well. Have not tested the speed, but no problems recording 4k video at 150mbps in a mirrorless camera.

Intuitive usage, superb image, excellent value
Bought as an upgrade from my Xiaomi Yi (V2, International ver), I can say that this is an exceptional camera for the price. As of the Dec 2017 firmware update, these are the main features that I like:
- Intuitive GUI
- Fast, responsive touchscreen
- All the shooting modes I want
- JPG+RAW file formats
- Voice commands (surprisingly useful sometimes)
- Audio modes (Makes concert footage with heavy bass more bearable)
- Manual ISO/shutter speed settings (up to 10s for longer exposure)
- Live-streaming capability
- All-day battery life (casual touristy shooting)
Colour reproduction and detail are rather good. Dynamic range and low-light performance aren't quite as good as GoPro Hero 5, but it's pretty darn close. There's plenty of test footage and comparisons on YouTube.
Battery life erodes a bit faster in low temperatures so bring an extra battery out with you on the ski slopes or whatever. Also remember to use a fast memory card with a decent write speed to ensure quality footage.
