Highly recommended feels like you worked out for hours but only takes 1/2hr
I came across level 1 on YouTube and loved the intensity of it and how I felt like I had worked out for an hour but it only took 25 mins or so. I also lost 6 lbs within the first three days of doing it and I felt stronger and my clothes fit different. I've worked my way up to level 3 although level 2 is harder but I feel more confident knowing I can complete a Jillian michaels workout the woman is intense.
